    Essential Job Functions: QuEST is seeking an individual to join our team in Rockford, Il. The individual will be working as an Operations Support to Operations and Program Managers where he/she will be responsible for closing out several action items, providing shop floor status and working to push units through the shop floor. The individual must be capable of working on a multidiscipline team, familiar with shop floor production flow and have great communication skills to report out to the team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Attend department meetings, manage actions and conduct follow-up with owners to ensure actions being closed (both internal & external to customer) · Work with internal customers such as engineering, Quality, shop floor, shipping and receiving, and other departments. · Occasionally work with suppliers to follow up on lead times then estimate ship dates. · Work with shop floor personnel to document, push through shop floor then ship units. · May provide weekend support for items that require quick customer turnaround · Coordinate production parts through shop floor and various departments and provide status to the team Secondary Job Functions: At QuEST, we often challenge our team members to temporarily work outside the scope of their primary job functions to broaden their skills and help the organization.
