    Essential Job Functions: Welding Engineer with 3 -5 years manufacturing experience with first hand MIG and TIG welding skills demonstrated ability to develop and establish aluminum welding schedules and process capabilities. Some experience with EBW and Laser welding helpful. Successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing equipment and process capabilities, be able to identify improvement opportunities, and must be able to resolve weld manufacturing issues independently.
